Ken owns every Fujifilm camera and most of the lenses including the Medium format line, if you wish to consider # of cameras owned as a guidepost to expertise. You have a different view than Ken on the camera and I'm glad your happy with it. Regards, GO

Understood. There are so many facets to a new camera that it is bound to create much different opinions, especially when it comes to what was added and deleted over prior models. Ken can get a bit long winded but he gets his points across. The concerns that he has which you consider trivial are important to me and obviously Ken as well. His take on no better or worse image quality, murky he and others called it was most important in my view I am an X-H1 owner and adore the camera and its build quality so no doubt I am a bit prejudiced, but I really expect much more from a 2500 dollar flagship over two years in the making Greybeard.. Ken Wheeler also known as the Angry Photographer has just posted a scathing review of the X-H2s. Politely claims it is a piece of junk and not worth the money. He is a well known Fujifilm fanboy, which makes his review one to be taken seriously. Comments on his take welomed I have already drawn pretty much the same conclusion about it.

Get the classic X-H1. What a camera. Wish I had never wasted a cent on any other. The new ones with their PSAM dials are a step down IMO Sad to see that classic go down hill. 🤔

No I haven't done any of those things because, as stated, the lens worked perfectly until the problem arose. I reset the cameras to default and the problem persisted. Must be something in settings is what I thought or the lens is defective but how does it change so dramatically after working perfectly and taking a perfect picture the shot before the problem arose??? Hi, Help please anyone; Bought a new Viltrox 85mm for Fuji and it worked perfectly for a few weeks on my X-H1. Suddenly I press the shutter button to take a shot and it starts clicking away endlessly. Shut the camera off an it still continued for a few seconds before shutting down. Tried all the usual, turn on and off. battery out and back in. Tried the lens with 3 different Fujifilm cameras XT-100, XT-200, and The XH'1 Exact same problem with each and replaced Viltrox with Fujifilm X lenses after trying Viltrox 85 and no problem with Fuji Lenses attached. Any help from members would be greatly appreciated, heartbroken to say the least and the Viltrox images were stunning and beautiful before this happened. Talking about maybe 200 images before the endless clicking shutter or whatever sound took over. Thanks GO

Yes, My X-H1 is a great camera. No need for me to upgrade, stills only shooter makes it even less likely. There sure are high expectations for the X-H2, however, could be hard to resist. Sure will be interesting, May right around the corner.

Angry photographer Ken Wheeler just did a review on it. Says it is the very best and sharpest ever. Rates it a 10, only complaint is the price he says which is high for Viltrox 469 I believe and Ken said 360 more like it but highly recommended it as perfect.

A truly niche camera would be an X-Pro 4 that has no video features whatsoever, Zero A state of the art stills only camera would be a surprisingly big winner in my view. Why force folks like me to buy hybrids with so many camera models already. Do something really different Fujifilm, Please. Non video users are a part of the market to that no one is catering too.
