  1. well, just turn the internal mic off (don't forget to get it back on when you are not using external mic)
  2. You won't make a wrong choice with above listed lenses buy any 23 and 35 from this list and enjoy them I have 23 f2 and 35 f1.4, both are lovely. In case if you want to start just from one lens - any of 23 is your choice for most situations.
  3. Fuji X webcam software is at your service since 25th of may on PC
  4. There is a compatibility using a special cable. But as far as I understood it will only add a start/stop record button usage on a gimbal, but not a specific DJI features. For me gimbal is gimbal, and Ronin works well as a gimbal. Tracking and other ‘cinematic’ features I can use on my DJI Osmo pocket, for a serious things I use my hands and brain.
  5. I own a Ronin SC. Compatibility with my XT-30 similar to if it was a brick. Anyway I see no issues, Ronin SC works well as a gimbal without a specific DJI features. I start and stop filming pushing a button on a camera. Focus wheel works well with all my lenses.
  6. >I'm also considering purchasing the 16mm f1.4, do you have that lens? If so how do you like it for video? My primes are 14 f2.8, 23 f2 and 35 f1.4. I've chosen 14 instead of 16 as apart from video I make interior photos and 16's field of view is not enough. But of course, Fuji's 16 is something that REALLY differ from my 14. 16 f1.4 is my next purchase probably.
  7. I used XT30 as my primary camera since it has been released. I was renting XT3 occasionally when I needed 2 camera setup, but for me XT30 was absolutely and totally enough covering all my needs. I don't film any documentary or weddings so XT30 record limits are totally ok for me. It if perfect in filming 120p b-rolls, prime optics suits it well, I was totally satisfied... ...Until I bought XT4. IBIS is something amazing in shooting handheld b-rolls (I have Ronin SC as well, but I don't use it in closeup b-rolls). My XT30 b-rolls were smooth but XT4 made them REALLY SMOOTH. Comparing to XT30, XT4 has a strange screen flip mechanism (I'd rather have the one they put on XT3). This mechanism is only ok when shooting vertical instagram videos. Now I have 2 camera setup which is perfect for me. Yes, XT4 is worth upgrade for video from both XT30 or XT3.
  8. Really don’t care as I consider xt4 as a tool. But totally agree, with the cost of more than USD 2k in official stores in my country XT4 doesn’t seem to be worth this price in terms of build quality.
  9. I’ve had a similar issue. After shooting a couple of photos in s mode I turned the camera off, but green light started blinking and camera stuck with no reaction to on/off button. I was waiting a couple of minutes and heard some noises from the lens motor each 2-3 sec. I simply pulled the battery out and it solved the trouble. The primary use of my xt4 is video and I can say I made not more than 50-100 photos with it.
  10. absolutely out of your concept maybe, but video cages make a grip for my both Fujis amazing I've got one for my XT4 a month before I got a camera https://www.smallrig.com/search.php?search_query=xt4&section=product
  11. just here to confirm that my XT4 doesn't connect to Ronin SC via Multi-Camera Control Cable from DJI as well
  12. Hi Jerry, thank you. I have a fastest SDXC I've found in my area. And yes, It is formatted to exFAT by camera which allows it to have large files. External card reader solved the issue, but the direct import from camera in 'usb card reader' mode doesn't work.
  13. Have the same issue, but haven't test my SC with XT3 as I don't have one. Trying to connect XT4 to Ronin via focus motor cable set with no result. Have ordered a USB-C to USB-C multi cable from DJI to connect XT4 directly to a Ronin. But it seems to me result will be the same till some upgrade from DJI and Fuji
  14. Thank you guys for help. No, wrong file system is not the case. I think that guys from Fuji have to work on the import to Mac devices. I simply bought a cardreader and this works fine for me, I finally see and import large files.
  15. Recently bought an XT-4 and already filmed a first videos. Unfortunately I can't find a way to copy video files to my Mac. Each s/w I use (FCPX, Apple Photos or Image Capture) cuts files to approx 4.3 Gb and makes videos incomplete Being connected to a PC, camera shows 20+ GB files Any suggestions guys? Should I just go and buy a card reader? (not an easy thing, according to covid lockout)
