its 2019, iMac or PC for h.265 files, please help

I know its been asked here but long time back, i wanted to ask and take help again, 

 

Quick question best machine to edit HEVC h.265 10-bit files? (No Proxy and No Conversion)

 

I am in a dilemma to buy iMac 27" i9 8-CORE 2019 latest high spec Vega 48 model or a PC with below spec would be good?

>> I am more likely towards with iMac reasons (i love the 5k screen, and OSX as I sometimes prefer to use FCP)

Understand I can get higher spec PC for money but here the thing is not about money or Spec or games or Hackintosh.

 

>> All I need is a better machine for H.265 handling and is iMac able to handle files smoothly without Proxy or conversion?
