XH2S inoperable when connecting external monitor HELP

I had a feelworld connected to the xh2s and it was working beautifully. I was using a USB-A to USB-C cable to power the feelworld monitor. Then I switched to a Dtap to 12v cable. And now the whole camera becomes inoperable when I try to connect through HDMI. I even bought a new HDMI cable cause I read somewhere that a 2.0 hdmi cable may fix the problem, but that did not work. Reset the camera to default, did not work. I feel like I tried every menu setting on both the camera and monitor too...HELP PLEEEASE.

This issue is super annoying, that it was working and now it's not. For a nearly 3000$ camera, its sad this kinda issue is occurring.
