Hello...

New to this forum.

I have an X-T20 and just borrowed a 56mm F1.2 lens but can't put the camera into shutter priority mode due to the lack of a switch on the lens.  Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Once I removed the lens hood I discovered the A on the aperature  ring! 😂

Turn the aperture ring of the lens to the red A position and set the shutter dial to the required shutter speed. The camera will set the aperture automatically.

Oops, did not read until the end of your post. You already found the solution yourself.

The first thing I do with any new camera is sit and read the manual with the camera in my hands too. Good photography comes from being able to handle the camera without having to think about it and you need to train yourself to set all basic features with ease.
