XT-2 EVF not working but LCD works

Hi,

My XT-2's EVF has stopped working. I can only see the live view LCD. I tried changing viewmode eyeview only or eyeview + lcd. Whenever I put eye to see in evf it is all black. Any idea what might have gone wrong. This happened when camera fell at a ht of couple of feet but was in a bag and there is no physical damage anywhere.

The EVF module ribbon cable is secured inside, though hit impact may cause it to disconnect or break without visible signs on the camera surface.

I'd send it to Fuji Service if camera is still under warranty. Try to reset camera to factory settings just to make sure there are no any settings influence, though looks like you properly checked that area already.

Thank you for your response. I think the camera is out of warranty by 15 to 20 days just missed. I checked with fuji support they have asked me to fill the form and send body for inspection.
