Cracked viewfinder glass - Any repair recommendations?

It was the end of a long day on the job and I managed to drop my X-Pro 1 from my camera bag as I was exiting a car for dinner. The body received a few dings, but everything works perfectly well with focus remaining in alignment and no other signs of the drop... aside from my cracked viewfinder glass. The electronic viewfinder works fine, the optical now sports a fuzzy line down the center when you look through it, and a nasty crack when you look form the front of the camera. 

 

I've seen other X-Pro 1 bodies with a cracked optical viewfinder on eBay, so I know I'm not the only one to have this affliction. I'm not having any luck finding either a repair manual or spare parts — any repair recommendations out there? I've done successful camera surgery before on other models, and imagine that if I can get the body apart I can get a jeweler to cut a new piece of glass but it would certainly be easier if I had access to an exploded diagram and/or the actual spare part. Or I could just send the whole camera off for repair. Any recommendations?

I would sell the camera as-is for say $200 and buy a brand new one for under $500. Probably cheaper than a repair and you get a brand new camera and warranty.
