Hello everyone!

As a Nikon user, I’m new to Fuji (although I shot a lot of Fuji Velvia back in the film days)

I just picked up a used XT1 as my first mirrorless camera
My primary camera is a Nikon D750 which has been an amazing tool for my architectural work.
However, I loved this little Fujifilm the second I tried it so I bought it to replace my worn out D600 as a backup camera

I just noticed a problem with it though. Once I attached my flash to it, the entire top piece started moving. I can wiggle it back and forth about a millimeter. That’s very disconcerting. Is this a common thing, and is there a way to tighten it?

I don’t want to return it to the shop where I traded it, but I may have to.
Thank you in advance for any comments and advice!
Tim
