X-T20 Battery Concerns

I feel like the X-T20 battery is lasting significantly shorter than my X-T10.

I noticed the phoblographer also mentions this: http://www.thephoblographer.com/2017/03/10/review-fujifilm-x-t20-fujifilm-x-mount/

Anybody else noticing shorter battery life? Wondering if I should expect shorter battery life due to this being a more powerful camera? Thanks for any feedback.

isn’t this what these new batteries are all about? You probably have the camera with the old battery, right?

No, I'm talking about concerns with the X-T20 camera and battery.

I'm hoping its a perceived problem versus an actual problem. Specifically, it looks like they changed their battery icon to be more precise. It has more bar indicators. I think the X-T10 battery icon had 3 bars and I think this has 5 bars so it looks emptier faster.

I did get a decent day of casual weekend shooting yesterday and it seemed to do ok. However, my wife who inherited my X-T10, and shot along side me had full battery bars when we returned home while my battery icons looked mostly empty although I was able to keep shooting at night. (Yes, I shot more pictures than my wife, and this is a real world and totally unscientific report).

In terms of using the old battery with the new camera, I tried it once, and won't be doing it again. My camera got very hot (i was just shooting JPEG) and at one point it flashed some error message.

I don't mean to bash this camera. In fact, I love it. After 4 days of use, I picked up my old X-T10 which got me to really notice the upgrade.
