X-H1 Question about Face Detection, Eyewear, and Focus Lock

This is about trying to set focus for self portraits and wearing glasses.

My X-H1 does not do Eye Detection with glasses.  

I want to be able to set a timer, get into a position that is easily repeatable, get a shot via AF-S with Eye Detection active and without my eyewear.  That is part is easy and I can pretty reliably get tight focus on my eyes.  

Here's the question:  Is there a way to then lock that successful Eye Detection focus for subsequent shots, wherein I would wear my glasses and retain the previously gotten focus point on my eyes?

I need to be able to do this without an assistant.
