Fujifilm XT4 overheats after 20 min in 4K 25fps ??

Hello, I just bought the Fujfilm XT4 last month and when I start to shoot, barely 20min after, the overheating icon appears "already". 
it was not even a long video of 20min but small sequences of 5/6min each time and the camera was already almost boiling 
Of course I have an adapted memory card: Lexar 128Go, 2000x professional (recommended by Fujifilm by the way) so it's not a problem linked to the card 

I was shooting in 4K 25fps, Bitrate 100mbps 
The "problem" comes from where please? or is it "normal" for this camera? a solution? thank you

Fujifilm xt4 overheats even in 1080p in an indoor environment (according to the temperature and humidity limits mentioned in the website)

I am totally disappointed with Xt4 . If you can't shoot in different condition then it's not a professional camera.

Is your setting set to high?  I've seen that when set to high you could get upto 40 mins before a 64Gb SD dual card system will stop working because the cards are full.
