I received similar feedback for my X100T, very disappointing  especially when you consider that the x100 line continues to be sold with minor variations. So now my camera is a brick. Must say my estimation of Fujifilm plummeted on this and I will not consider purchasing their products in the future.

Older Photoshop or Adobe Camera Raw versions might not work with RAF files from the X-T3, so it's a good idea to check if your ACR plugin is updated. You might also want to give Adobe DNG Converter a shot to convert your RAF files to DNG because Photoshop can handle those without any hassle.

Is there a trick for removing or opening the cable channel cover in the X-T3 battery chamber? I can't even tell which direction it should be pulled.
