Xpro-2 OVF Focusing Issues with Fuji XF 16mm F2.8 R WR

Dear Community, 

While utilizing the OVF I only see one white box while in manual focusing mode. I have Corrected AF Frame turned on.  After reading the Corrected AF Frame section in the manual, it seems I should be seeing 3 squares instead of one. How do I get get all three squares to appear? I'm having a bit of a struggle focusing the OVF accurately.  For background,  I'm coming from a 35mm film SLR with a split image focusing screen and i feel very confident in focusing that...but this OVF is giving me such trouble! LOL. 🙂 

Where should I place the white box in reference to my subject?

I must have activated the wrong setting because now when I switch to the OVF the white windows stays for a second and then completely disappears. Any idea how to get it back? Thank you all so much. 🙂
