Fujifilm XT-10 buttons aren't working anymore

Hi y'all,

I have the following problem and I hope sooooo so much that you can help me to solve it:

My cam turns on and I can take pictures, but that's it. None of the buttons can be used anymore. I can press them but nothing happens. 
I have already taken the battery out, held down the DISP/Back button and turned it on. My firmware is also up to date. 

I would like to reset the cam to factory settings, but I can't get into the menu because the buttons aren't working anymore

This problem exists since I have the new lens on it (50mm F1). When I change the lens the prob persists.

Perhaps you have locked the buttons. Is there a lock symbol in the display? Long press OK then.
