Regular Sales Cycle?

I've not paid close enough attention to sales, but is there a general cycle to these things?  For example, I know fuji probably typically has sales around Xmas.  Is there a predictable series of sales throughout the year?   More specifically, I suspect I've just missed a sale on a 100-400mm, any ideas if another sale should be expected anytime soon? 

I did see an old post with a $500 off deal in March a couple years back.  Appreciate any info people might have, thanks!
