  1. @Rony Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try turning the camera off, remove all memory cards, remove the battery and let the camera sit for a minimum of 10 minutes. Try restarting the camera after this and see if it helps.
  2. I am putting together a simple cinema rig for my X-T4 so that I can mount an external battery and monitor for use with filming. I am looking for a Quick Release rod baseplate that would work with the X-T4. Has anyone tried this one? Or another that they like? https://www.smallrig.com/smallrig-lightweight-baseplate-with-dual-15mm-rod-clamp-magnesium-alloy-version-3067.html Thanks for any and all suggestions.
  3. Does anyone know if this lens could be compatible with an X-T4? It uses a 1/3" bayonet lens mount. I've been searching for an adapter bit without success.
  4. I have the 16-55 2.8 that I purchased along with my X-T4 in July 2020. It's the only lens I have for this camera, so I've never taken it off until today. This lens and body have seen very little use, maybe 10 video projects and 3 sunset shoots. The past couple of weeks I have had a bunch of Zoom meetings, so I set it up behind my computer on a tripod to get a better image for my meetings. Today when I turned on the camera I heard 3 chirps and a warning message appeared saying: "Turn off camera and back on again". I've done everything I can think of today to get the body and lens to work together. If I take the lens off, everything works as expected. As soon as the lens snaps into the locked position, I get the error message again. I updated the firmware on the body, reset it back to factory settings, turned off IBIS, tried in photo and video modes, at each f-stop, each shutter speed, no change. Has anyone else experienced issues like this?
  5. Found this thread after my camera started showing this message today. I've had the camera sitting on a tripod for a couple of weeks with the 16-55mm f2.8 WR lens on it. I would have never thought the weight of the lens would cause an issue with the mount. However, after reading this I am wondering if that is the problem. This camera and lens has been barely used since purchasing 7/2020. I updated the firmware, no change. I only have the one lens, so I removed the lens and put the body cap on, turned the camera on and off and the error message went away. The error returns when mounting the lens again. The lens does have a very slight amount of rotational "play" when mounted. Moving it with the camera turned on does not remove the error message. Any input is greatly appreciated.
  6. I'm been searching for a quality dummy battery for my X-T4 and this is the first one I've seen for sale by a reputable vendor. Has anyone tried this? https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1600608-REG/gyrovu_gv_dtap_w235_d_tap_to_fujifilm_np_w235.html
