About Me

I'm Gareth, and I am a full time retoucher, and hobbyist photographer. 

 

The first digital camera I ever remember using was a Kodak DC120, with a whopping 1 megapixel sensor. From then my interest in photography grew. 

 

Since then I have had mostly Canon cameras (Full frame and APSC), but dabbled with Nikon and Sony for a short period. I had quite a long hiatus from photography over the past couple of years and I had seemed to have lost  motivation, and the photography bug.  But after recently 'discovering' Fuji X system cameras, I am hooked, and can honestly say that it has got me excited about photography again. I still have my old canon 40D for a macro rig, but apart from that Fujifilm is the way forward for me.
