Best Lenses for Video Autofocus?

Recently switched from Canon to Fuji and shoot a lot of gimbal stuff. I currently use the XT3 and the 23 f2 and the autofocus works well.
Used the 56 1.2 and focus transitions were jumpy, and I found that manual focusing was difficult because of the insanely long focus throw. 

Any suggestions as to what lenses might be better suited for video autofocus? (specifically with the XT3)

The newer f/2 lenses are probably a consistent bet among the primes. I'd go with the 50mm f/2 over the 56mm f/1.2 for video. The 56 was designed to be a portrait lens at a time when video was at best a secondary concern for Fuji.
