Help with Fujifilm X Raw Studio

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm new to Fuji and have been exploring my T-2 for a couple of months. The results are great and I love using the camera.  But I'm now trying to use Fujifilm X  Raw to convert my camera files to JPEG via this software.  My Windows 8.1 PC allows me to download it and install it but it crashes...actually will not load up.  Sometimes I get the message that there is another program interfering with this but I have closed all other programs like Lightroom and the Windows Picture viewer.

 

Does anyone have any experience or any suggestions to help?
