Hello

I would like introduce myself. My name is Jasse and i life in Sweden, after longer time with Canon i decided to swap systems. My previous gear was Canon 7d Mark ii and few premium lens. Canon is great camera and quality but my shooting style was always fighting with that gear, many precise settings needed go over menu to apply, body itself 900g and lens 400-500g was not a joy for longer period of shooting and carrying.
Checking options in Canons ecosystem, reduce weight of different lens-body (small primes, small body 80d? SL2? 77D? ), customise functions didn't still fully reach to me. Last thing i checked was mirrorless lineup... And here  I slowly start doing some research what i can gain or lose in different systems to improve my joy of photography.

Reading reviews, watching youtube about Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, always between brands Fuji was showing up with nice feedbacks. So i came a cross to Fuji X line. Local i didn't had chance go and try out Fuji systems, my decision was based only on web information. My pick was Fuji X-T2 and 35 f2 lens, i placed order online and i get battery grip for free after xmas. I need to be honest i was bit nervous spend lots of money and when package arrived i didn't opened till next day... i still was looking on web about more info pros and cons with thoughts maybe return and stay with Canon. I found braveness next day in lunch time to unbox and take few shoots, get familiar with menu, controls and EVF.

When i checked image quality and ergonomics i didn't know what to say, i was amazed. Strength, performance in that little body is outstanding. Focus speed/lock on single point is absolutely fast with current lens, comparing to my 7d m2. I still need get used to EVF and accept that some repair may appear in future by fuji ( some people declaring had issues and 2-3 repairs under year usage) but hopefully i will not experience much faults or any.
I may be next fuji lover, proud of my decision!

Happy new year Ladies and Gentleman's
