Another Canon to Fuji guy here...

I was rocking the 6D/7D2 combo with a lot of glass and speedlites. Loved it, but wanted something smaller and lighter for a 2 week trip to Ireland.

Picked up the kit Xt-2 with Grip for just under $2k last month and sold the 7D2, a lot of glass, multiple speedlites, my large backpack, tripod and ballhead... never looked back.

 

Keeping the 6D, 70-200 f4 IS and 135L for the meantime but loving Fuji X so far!
