just got this 1500GBP camera. NO WEBCAM...nothing works. Did anyone get anywhere with Fujifilm. Unbelievable that any company this size would not be able to make good on years old promises. Not a great start with them

Thats strange - I have the same camera and latest version of X Raw Studio (1.28.0.2) and it works as expected (using a Mac). Have you tried looking again at the old raw files that you viewed in the past and were working? That way you know its not something specific about these new files. There was a problem with the previous version of X Raw Studio and the latest release of the Mac operating system but that seems to have been fixed.
