LCD not working out of box, but EVF is.

Hi All, 

I've read it might just be a case of the battery not being charged fully but I'm anxious and impatient. 

Straight out the box the LCD isn't starting up, I can see the menu through the EVF etc, but can't switch it to the LCD. Hopefully, this is just because the battery is cold. 

Even if nobody resolves this before I do, hopefully, this thread can put other people who've just opened their new X100VI at ease that their camera isn't broken.

Is the LCD enabled in the Screen setup portion of the Setup menus?
