X-S10 LCD/EVF struttering on video 23.9/24/25/29 fps 16/80

Hello,i see a bug last BIOS. When i set manual or focus C /S.  I see struttering on LCD.  Only at 60 fps capture work fluid and good. 

I has try all combination but look like a bug.  Why visual aim Need be same like 23/24/25/30 fps? 

Anyway not look correctly becouse when i go check the video at 24 fps video look very good. Fluid.  The problem are Only when you take video and what you see in the LCD.

I have try change ISO,shutter frame ,how recording video format. Notting change.  

Video can use Only at 50/60 fps  less Is very hard take a video when you look on LCD.

If i set program AE or pr. Times AE or pr. Diafr. AE  struttering are less of all manual.

I not know... 29 fps  or 60fps in HD or HDI looking good on aim. 

My be Is time to unlock 4k-50 fps crop 1x2 or.... 59 fps crop 1x2.
