How to assign “Custom Settings” reset to a button or Q menu

I want to be able to reset all my changes to settings back to a Custom Setting to a button or to the Q menu. I have not been able to find a way to do that. Does anyone know how to do it?

Do you mean all back to default or just on the custom banks?   If the custom banks, there is an option “Auto update custom settings” that if enabled will save changes when powered off.  If disabled when you make change while using C1 - C7 they will not be saved when powered off. So if you turn off the camera those C1 - C7 settings will go back to previously saved versions.   You then have to manually save if you want to keep a change.

I find it frustrating that if the camera goes to sleep, with changes to a custom setting, when I wake it back up the settings have reset unless I use the auto update option. Ideally, I would like the camera to differentiate between sleeping and being powered off. So I have had to turn on the auto update option, and then remember if I have changed any settings that I will need to reset later.

I 100% agree.  This would be a great update.
