I am now having the same issue with my X-T3. I was able to see my images in the  X app a couple of weeks ago,(all Raw files) and now I cannot. It says “No memory card in slot or no images on card” which is not the case. I have used different cards and get the same message. The other App functions work fine.

X100vi user here, and I faced the same problem too.

I did not have RAW switched on, but I chose FINE/HEIF and got the "no image in the memory card" message.

After reading the posts here, I change to FINE/JPEG and problem solved.

I had the same issue, thanks for sharing the workaround
You need to manually move the previous onlyRAW photos to your computer, and then after changing the suggested config you will be able to see the new shooted photos with new config in the XApp.
