im doing photograph stuff for my club, is not good for me to stay close to the people im shooting.i also want to try street photography

I’ve really enjoyed my 70-300 on my X-T5.  What kind of photography and what subjects?

What aperture and where was the focus point?

Im thinking about the xf70-300mm but i heard the sharpness isn't good. any recommandation?

my 16-60 was sharp enough at 16 .  Noticebly soft at 80. From 50 and up I would notice lack of sharpness. I ended up trading it for a Tamron 17-70 . I know... I know..... sounds crazy ..... but in my opinion this lens is sharper.
