So while I am not a noob by any means I am just wanting to make sure I get some clarification about several of the menu settings inside of my X-T4(s) just to make sure that if I have them either turned on or off it's not going to screw me up when I get ready to primarily take video with the camera.

The settings I am going to want to find out about specifically are in the video settings

I read what it says in the manuals I'm just wanting it to be converted over into real world English speak of why I would use it or why I should turn it off?

So to give you a little background on my end-goal.  I am turning both my X-T4 cameras into video "Rigs" where I will be using specific Cine lenses and manual follow focus to make particular adjustments when I will be shooting video.  I am just making sure that several of these settings won't screw something up as the cameras will be HDMI video out into Atomos Ninja V+ monitors also.

Here goes...(BTW I am putting which menu setting it is in and the sub-menu setting.)

IMAGE QUALITY SETTING 2/2

INTERFRAME NR ---> for me it is OFF (I primarily shoot only 800 or 3200 ISO) depending on if I have enough light or don't

AF/MF SETTING 2/2

FOCUS CHECK LOCK:  I am reading what it is supposed to do but what actually does it do, and where would I want it turned on, and/or why would I shut it off?

SCREEN SETUP 2/3

F-Log VIEW ASSIST ---> I have it ON (I think I know what this means but just need some verification on it from someone else who understands it.)

POWER MANAGEMENT

EVF/LCD BOOST SETTING ---> I have it set to LOW LIGHT PRIORITY:   I'm wondering who might have this set to something different, and why?

Thanks much and I hope several people can help out!
