Potential Sensor Issues

I recently purchased a second hand X-T2 and I think I might have a malfunctioning sensor. The first (redder image) is what I have in the EVF and LCD Screen with straight default wb and exposure settings (no shifts applied.) The second image (bluer) is with white balance corrected in lightroom. I turned off WB and Exposure setting preview and the evf and lcd still have a heavy red cast over everything with the exception of the TV screen. Also, it should be noted that my shoes are black with black laces. I was wondering if anybody had any idea what specifically might be causing this; I'm likely going to be getting an exchange from the dealer, but would still like some input as to what this could be.
