Aspect ratio not configurable in Q menus?

I need a little help understanding how the Q menu works on my XT-3. What I'd like to be able to do is set up a base or standard Q menu with all of my normal day to day settings, then set up other Q menus with settings for special shooting situations. What I'm finding is that only some of the options under the Q menus are specifically attached to that custom menu, while others seem to be universal, so if they are changed for one menu, they are changed for them all. Specifically the aspect ratio setting seems to override the aspect ratio on all Q menus. So I can't set up one menu for normal color 3:2 and another menu for BW 1:1. Am I missing something about how these menus work? Thanks!

Answered this question with the help of the FB page. Only some items from the Q menu are tracked by the Custom Settings, and Image Size (aspect ratio) is apparently not one of them.

I’ve got the exact same issue. I’d like a custom set of settings for square product photography. But if I change it for this custom setting then it changes for them all too. It’s the ONE beef I have with Fuji so far. Pain in the ASS!
