    Are the base plates of X-E1 and X-E2 identical? Fuji is offering a model to suit both bodys. But I'm looking for a L-bracket type. Some supplyers (e.g. ishoot) do offer different models. Thanks for information.

    In RAW format always the entire sensor information in the 3:2 format is memorized. Only JPG's will be stored in 16:9 or 1:1 format and in different film simulations. (Recalculated by the camera RAW/JPG converter)

    i've obseved the same red eye bug with firmware 4.2. in RAW mode. The EF-X8 and the EF-X20 are firing always a pre-flash in only RAW mode. This is quit annoying and wrong. The only cure seems to set RAW and (small) JPG.
