It is my first post here.
First, I'm not sure if this is a silly issue, but I couldn't find any help online, so I thought I'd ask here in case anyone knows how to solve it. Sorry if this seems trivial or simple to correct.
I had no problems before and was using the software just fine for more than a year. However, it suddenly started not recognising my files (?). As you can see, I select the folder where I transferred my files from the SD card, and nothing shows. The camera is connected and updated. I'm using the latest version of X Raw Studio as well. I tried deleting all the photos from the folder and transferring them again directly from the SD card, but nothing has changed. Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on what I might be doing wrong and how to fix it?
