Hello, I found this forum post searching Google. I have the exact same problem with both an XT4 and an XT5. I photograph real estate, as well as events and head shots. I have to take the remote receivers off the camera often. So there’s a lot of plugging in and unplugging. I was thinking it was just worn out but either they have a bad batch of contacts inside the ports or there’s something else going on. Let me know if you found a solution.
