  1. Hello, Thank you for the response. This is the first thing we checked. The d-range is turned off. The only work-around we have been able to find, is to set the shutter dial to T and use the thumb botton/dial on the back of the camera. We have even reset the camera to default settings, but it is still being a problem.
  2. It is not a broken button, or broken dial issue. The SS mode overrides the dial settings. There must be a way to disable this "feature".
  3. Hello, We have an ongoing problem where, we set the camera to manual mode. We set the shutter speed using the dial. However, the camera decides to override our manual setting, and the SS mode (shutter shift), changes our manual shutter speed. For instance, if we manually set the shutter to 500, the shutter shift will automatically change the shutter speed to 125. This is ruining all of our shots, where there is any kind of movement.
