  1. Hi, Don't know if you solved it already, but to my experience it is caused by the "AUTO POWER OFF" function. Check in the Menu > SET UP > POWER MANAGEMENT > AUTO POWER OFF. This should be on "OFF" for web cam usage. If it always turns off after about 5min, you might have it on "5 MIN" in those settings. Hope this helps. KR, Yarne
  2. Had the same issue. What worked for me after a lot of "fiddling" was to do RESET WIRELESS SETTING on the camera and deleting all bluetooth devices connected (for sure you iOS device you are trying to connect), changing the name of the Camera in the Genaeral Settings and same on the app of the iOS device: "Reset APP settings". By then adding the camera again in the Remote app, doing the pairing procedure, and so on, it started to work again like it used to ! Hope this helps.
