Had the same issue. What worked for me after a lot of "fiddling" was to do RESET WIRELESS SETTING on the camera and deleting all bluetooth devices connected (for sure you iOS device you are trying to connect), changing the name of the Camera in the Genaeral Settings and same on the app of the iOS device: "Reset APP settings". By then adding the camera again in the Remote app, doing the pairing procedure, and so on, it started to work again like it used to ! Hope this helps.
