  1. I have followed the onscreen instructions. What other steps are there to setting it up?
  2. Sorry another newbie question. Is pcautosave preposterously slow and buggy or is it my system?
  3. Dash, you’re right. I wish you weren’t. I would really like 7 complete camera setups.
  4. I’ve only had my XT30 for a week so forgive me if I’m missing something. The Q menu seemed like a great idea. I’ve set it up with the settings I want quick access to, but the camera only stores a few of these. Ie if I set the focus mode to spot on C1 then wide on C2, when I go back to C1 the focus mode will have changed to wide. It makes the Q menu seem almost useless.
  5. Thanks for your telling your story. I’m another newbie to Fuji. Until the Nikon z50 came out I was confirmed Nikon fan boy. I was in the market for a mid range mirror less. The Z50 is a disaster, old low res sensor, heavy, large expensive lenses, or an adapter. What a disappointment. Years ago I had a cheap, Fuji compact. It punched way above its weight., (E550) and in truth produced better pictures than my first Nikon SLR. So I was already pre disposed to buy Fuji. im a video editor so video quality is important to me, as is size and weight. Once I had done a little research I became obvious that the choice was Sony or Fuji. I hated the look and deal of the Sony, so the choice was made. I’ve had my xt30 for a week now and spent every spare minute watching YouTube videos. I think I’ve got it now. when I haven’t been watching YouTube I’ve been out shooting stills and video. The stills are without doubt better than my Nikon D3300, but the video is beyond my wildest dreams. Smooth, refunded, subtle. Looking forward to holidays, serious video shoots and blind luck. The xt30 is small enough to carry everywhere. Loving it.
