I'm having the same issue with my X-Pro2 and the Yongnuo 560TX triggering a Yongnuo 560IV flash. My non-optimal work around is to adjust something on the transmitter in-between each shot, if I just change the power up and then down again and then it will fire the flash. The next shot I have to make some adjustment again for it to fire, otherwise it doesn't. It seems to be something needs to keep the two units awake.
