I've tried everything I can think of, like what you said, but nothing.

I did the update through the app, and everything seemed fine, but the camera was stuck. It recognizes the battery and the memory cards. Apart from that, the camera is dead. It would be nice if there was a physical way to reset the camera, but I'm going to have to send the camera to the SAT. It was the first time I updated the camera with the app, but there won't be a second time.
