50-140 too much weight on camera mount to hang by camera strap?

I also use a Black Rapid shoulder strap attached to the tripod foot. Very secure and no weight hanging off the camera bayonet mount -
Hi great shots. I've just bought this lens and not had much chance to try capturing fast moving subjects yet. Do you use AF-C and Zone Focusing? Do you have OIS on or off? Regards Paul
