    The Lafayette is probably Ottawa's oldest hotel / drinking establishment. In recent years, it has gone way upscale with a more bistro flavour to the street-level restaurant.

    The X-T2 continues to amaze me. These few night shots were taken hand-held with the 18-135mm. For the moment, until I learn how to use the new Affinity v1.5 app, I'll continue processing with Mac Photos. Still.. with theX-T2 they are better than any other similar shots I've tried over the years.

    Beavertails started out as a winter pastry during our Winter Festival in February. Basically, they are a flattened donut with a selection of toppings on them.

    I have v 1.4.2 only. I'm wary of beta software and can wait until v1.5 comes out, hopefully soon.

    I wonder how much power would be saved by not saving absolutely everything to RAW? JPEG 'Fine" is great for about half of what I do.

    New X-T2 users should be aware that, as far as I can determine, their new camera is NOT YET supported by Affinity. At least not my copy of it. If I am wrong, please let me know. I want to use Affinity with my new camera.
