Xt10 does not remember some of the settings

Hi all,

 

I am very new in the Fuji world and I am not used to some of the behaviours of my new XT10 camera.

I have been shooting Canon DSLR for years and I am falling in love with my new toy, but then I am experiencing some small but still important issues here and there.

 

One of the thing, which annoying me is, that the camera does not remember some of the setting I did before I change to another shooting mode, before it went to stand by or before it was turned off.

One of these settings is the self timer. If I set to be delayed by 2 seconds, it works just fine afterwards until any of the above mentioned scenarios occure.

 

Do you have any logical explanations for this? Should I do anything to let the camera remember my tuning parameters?

When you change a setting if your hitting the OK button to save the setting then I would suggest you copy your settings on paper and do a reset.
