Shutter curtain stuck

After 3 months the shutter curtain stuck followed with the "Turn Off/On" message (I had my newly purchased 10-24mm lens attached). Turning the camera on/off and resetting didn't help. The shutter stays in the closed position. I have sent my X-Pro 2 to the Fuji service center. I hope I get my camera back soon. Anybody the same experience with the X-Pro 2?

My issue looks like the error discussed in the topic "X-Pro2 "turn camera off and back on" error with FM 1.01", however in my case the shutter stays in the closed position and I lost all my menu's except the camera setup menu's.

I'm guessing that there may be a few reiterations of the same issue.

My XT3 developed similar issue this weekend while shooting with the Rokinon 12mm and Fujinon 35 f 2. Please any help?
