Came across this recently in a random search -> EF-X mount adapter with electronic aperture control via USB power/battery http://www.kipon.com/en/articledetail.asp?id=67 http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/auc-stkb/item/kipon-eos-fx-e/ Apparently released in May 2014 but there is precious little info out there. Anyone have this adapter/want to comment on whether this is worth looking into? - Presumably there is a benefit beyond the current adapters external aperture blades?
