Hi, Per the title, when I attach/detach the WCL II from my X100F, the conversion lens adjustment no longer happens automatically. I have to set the conversion lens explicitly to WIDE. It's annoying if one forgets to set or unset this. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks.

Answering my own question, in case someone else runs into this problem. I went to Adorama to try the *shift* only Kipon adapter with the Leica zoom. It works great. So something in the tilt part of the tilt-shift adapter gets in the way of the more modern Leica-R lens.

Hello, I have a Kipon tilt/shift for Leica-R on an XE-2. I tried using a Leica 28mm (ver. 1) and it works fine, though when fully shifted there's a lot of distortion on the edges etc. but that's expected. Now I'm trying a Leica Zoom, a more recent lens from ~2004. It seems like a terrific lens, but there's something that impedes the adapter's shift mechanism, restricting the range to only half of the full range. Tilt range is not affected. Has anyone encountered this issue? I'm wondering if the electrical contacts in the (more modern) zoom are getting in the way of the shift. I wrote to Kipon but no answer. Thanks.

What might be misaligned?

I have a Leitz 2.8/28 R-mount lens and a Kipon Tilt-Shift adapter on an X-E2. Things seem to work more-or-less, and I love the shift, but it seems to me that the focus guide on the lens no longer corresponds to what I'm seeing in the viewfinder. In particular, when I set the lens to infinity, the whole image is out of focus. Is this a known thing?

Argh, I feel my not-quite-a-year-old X100T is falling apart. First the brown spot on the LCD. Now I have this thing where sometimes, while viewing the EVF, it's as if the eye sensor has decided I've moved my eye away and the EVF returns to the LCD. It's really annoying. Anyone else experience this? Thanks.

Suddenly, at the bottom of the LCD, the screen has gone a dull brown/red, in a spot. It's not on the final images, so it seems to be a problem with the LCD. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks. jds

All I know is that Amazon, Adorama etc. are all listing it, so at least it seems intended for the regular consumer market.

It was announced in August supposedly for availability this October, and online stores still list it as "coming soon", but I haven't seen any news items since.

I'm trying to find out if the 90mm lens has hot spots when shooting infrared. Thanks! jds
