Are you using a fuji lens?

I've been shooting Fine + Raw and using Studio Raw. Prior to today, when I open Studio Raw I would have a jpeg and raw file. The jpeg would have the film simulations settings i used while shooting and the raw file would just be a typical raw image. This morning when I opened it up all of a sudden the raw files have the jpeg film simulations on them as well. Does anyone know how to fix this issue. I have removed the app and all its files and reinstalled - same issue. I've even reset my camera - same issue. Before I got on the app today I did update my lens firmware but I don't see how that would have anything to do with this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
