I have the proper sandisk SDXC v30 card that's used for 4k. the battery is fully charged. however - 1. I updated the firmware but it's still the same. 2. the battery that the sellers sent is actually third party. it's by a company called batmax. I'm wondering if that is the cause. 3. the high speed recording mode is also greyed out so turning it off is also not an option.

hey everyone, this is my first fujifilm camera and I'm scared of that the fact that it has been turning off every time I turn video recording on. either from manual or movie mode. things you should note - - I use the sandisk SDXC card 128GB which is supposed to be *for* 4k recording. - the battery is fully charged. - the settings to at least change it from 4k to a lower resolution are all greyed out in both manual and movie mode. any help is appreciated, thank you so much!
