I have the X-H1

Hi new to Fujifilm cameras. I want to assign a button which when pressed sets a preset aperture, shutter speed and ISO. I can only find custom options for film simulations, WB and other things. Is it possible? I need it for unexpected moments for example if a bird comes flying low or something sudden appears when I’m photographing landscapes or stills. Then I want to quickly set a higher shutter speed, aperture around 5.6 and auto ISO. Thanks!
