I tried many options, nothing works. i tried to reset the camera, i tried to changed options on the menu, i talked with someone from fuji and he didnt hlep me. he said me to send to the fix store. but we see that this is a general problem. can we have a fix please?

Im having this problem as well, its freezing everytime i cannot do my meetings. I changed cable, tried using zoom or google meet, but the problem is for sure on the fuji xs20. CAn someone help us? We paid expensive price for something that is not working. please
