Hello, For the life of me, I can't figure out how put my X-T3 in manual exposure mode while in Video mode (no problem with still photos). It's always at F/9, 30th sec, 200 ISO, regardless of what I set the aperture and ISO to. It's always in A (auto) mode - see enclosed picture. I've checked the manual, and on-line and I can't find any info on this. I'm using it with a FujiFilm 35mm prime lens. Am I missing something obvious?

It was working fine, until it suddenly stopped firing the flash. It charges, the Test/Charge button lights up (you hear the sound it makes while charging), but the flash doesn't fire; both via the camera when it's in hot-shoe and via the test button on the back of the camera. My flash was well taken care of, it was never dropped, etc., one day recently while taking pictures it literally just stopped firing. There's no excuse for a product failure such as this. And from what I can see, I am not the only Fujifilm customer having problems with Fuji's flashes.
