I found the solution. It was because I set movie optimised control to on and didn't understand the full implications of that.

Help on video ISO. I shot some video recently on my X-T4 and it defaulted to ISO 25600 and I couldn't work out how to bring that down. Any advice/tips please? In still mode the ISO button operates as you would expect but in movie mode, it didn't matter where I put the dial it still went to ISO H25600
